  • Coordinate with the Anglo-American Sustainability team to ensure alignment and information sharing for Group reporting.
  • Support the implementation of the Analyse and Improve Framework, including:
    • Measuring—defining and prioritizing sustainability metrics based on stakeholder expectations and performance management, and establishing a reporting and assurance roadmap.
    • Analyzing—designing systems to assess systemic sustainability performance and stakeholder value.
    • Improving—guiding Group functions and sites to understand impacts and identify interventions to enhance sustainability outcomes.

Engagement
  • Assist the team in providing data and information for targeted advocacy on Building Forever, including awareness raising, category marketing, and brand positioning with employees, diamond buyers, luxury brands, and consumers.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex projects, coordinating knowledge sharing, and influencing change.
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills under uncertainty.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously toward strategic goals.
  • Ability to interpret external developments and relate them to business needs.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for sustainability.
