Job summary

Wolseley Group in the UK is seeking a Sustainability Projects and Reporting Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover) to lead sustainability reporting, disclosures and data management across Scope 1–3 emissions. Hybrid work, full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

You will drive the decarbonisation programme, coordinate with stakeholders across functions and ensure compliance with CfD, EU Taxonomy and related frameworks, delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations and frameworks (CfD, EU Taxonomy).
• Experience collecting, analysing and reporting sustainability data across Scope 1-3 emissions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of sustainability reporting and disclosures, ensuring compliance with current and emerging requirements including CfD, EU Taxonomy and other key frameworks.
• Owning sustainability data management and reporting processes, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and wider environmental performance metrics.
• Supporting the development and delivery of the decarbonisation programme, climate transition planning and SBTi activities.
• Driving sustainability projects and initiatives aligned to our Sustainability Strategy, tracking progress and delivering measurable business, environmental and social value.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst supporting sustainability governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
