Job summary

Diageo Moray House in Elgin is seeking a Process Engineer to shape performance across malt distilling operations. You will work with a collaborative technical team to drive efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence using data, insight and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience leading projects within operational or multi-functional teams.
  • Strong collaborator engagement, communication and partnership-building skills.
  • Experience using statistical analysis tools to drive data-led decision making.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence others to improve quality, efficiency and performance.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and developing both people and processes.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or qualification is advantageous.
  • Full clean driving licence with at least one year's driving experience.

About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you'll help shape the future performance of our Malt Distilling operations. Working within a collaborative technical team, you'll use data, insight, and innovation to drive efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence across our network of 30 distilleries and 4 maltings. Partnering closely with operational and technical teams, you'll lead improvement initiatives, overcome difficult obstacles, and help unlock breakthrough performance.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications
