Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Process Engineer to advance water and carbon reduction initiatives across its Scotch portfolio at Moray House. You will work with operational teams to deliver the Spirit of Progress targets, applying data-driven analysis and collaborative problem solving.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross‑functional engagement, and a proactive approach to sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement across iconic distilleries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience leading and delivering projects within a team.
• Strong, clear communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using statistical analysis tools and IS packages.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist water and carbon‑reduction projects across the Scotch category.
• Provide technical insights to improve water and energy efficiency.
• Benchmark internally and externally for innovations and translate into opportunities.
• Collaborate across finance, HR, risk & governance, procurement and more to deliver solutions.
• Champion high standards and drive sustainability performance.
• Coach teams to use data, analytics and root‑cause tools to solve challenges.
