  • Own the business requirements and implementation of new sustainability indicators across key systems, including Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Enablon, while developing advanced dashboards, reporting and predictive analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automated data quality checks, strengthening the accuracy, auditability and control of sustainability metrics.

  • Own and maintain the Sustainability Digital Strategy roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised in line with business value, regulatory commitments and strategic objectives.
Experience / skills required:
  • A degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within sustainability, with an understanding of digital sustainability strategies and transformation.
  • Experience working across cross‑functional programmes and teams within a global environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and bring stakeholders on board with change.
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop and implement robust processes and controls.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams across different cultures and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience using sustainability systems, such as Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Enablon, Sitka or Altruistiq.
