We're looking for a Sustainability Manager to take ownership of the environmental, social, and economic direction of a well-established UK-based business in the construction sector. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with real influence - ideal for someone with a strong background in sustainable practices, environmental compliance, and industry leadership.
What You'll Do:

• Drive and embed sustainability strategy across all departments




• Lead carbon reporting, life cycle analysis, and regulatory compliance




• Shape sustainable sourcing and supply chain practices




• Collaborate with senior leaders and international sustainability teams




• Represent the company in industry groups, events, and thought leadership




• Champion internal training and company-wide engagement on ESG goals

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years in sustainability, with experience in construction or manufacturing




• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, LCA, EPDs, and UK/EU environmental standards




• Strategic thinking, with the ability to influence at all levels




• Experience with carbon footprint reporting and reduction strategies




• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
