We are currently working with a leader in technical construction, who design, build, and deliver top quality commercial and manufacturing, data centres, food, logistics and pharmaceutical facilities.

The Sustainability Lead will support operations and corporate sustainability and will be a technical expert in their field. They will lead internal and external stakeholders towards sustainable and compliant outcomes that align with project requirements and the corporate ESG strategy.

The Sustainability Lead will be responsible for:

• Supporting project teams in understanding certification requirements (such as BREEAM, LEED) and achieving their targeted credits.
• Engaging with supply chain and relevant roles to ensure requirements and evidence for certifications are discharged / collected in a timely manner.
• Supporting the Head of ESG with strategy design, delivery, and performance evaluation.
• Key contact for assigned projects / teams – as the sustainability subject matter expert providing technical advice and guidance.

The Sustainability Lead will have:

• A degree or similar in an environmental, social or governance discipline
• Experience / involvement in environmental and sustainability support to construction
• ISO14001 internal auditor
• BREEAM Accredited Professional
• Carbon literacy or emissions accounting qualification for example LCA
