Job summary

Reconomy Connect is seeking a Technical Sales Support (Project Coordination) to join our Technology department in Waltham Abbey. You will own behind-the-scenes project execution after deals are secured, coordinating installations, site surveys, and supplier activity while ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.

You’ll work across the UK with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, producing CAD drawings and KPI reporting, and travelling for site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Light and the ability to create basic technical drawings.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installations and mobilisation projects across the UK.
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and installation suitability.
• Produce installation drawings using AutoCAD Light.
• Manage multiple installations and timelines simultaneously.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Monitor equipment orders from purchase through to delivery and installation.
• Arrange installation schedules, equipment deliveries, and customer training.
• Support the Sales team with technical and pricing queries.
• Manage refurbishment projects and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure project documentation and sign-offs are completed.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and business systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
• Lead on more complex installations as project coordinator.
