Job summary

Reconomy Connect is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support our UK installations and customer projects from our Waltham Abbey office. You’ll blend project coordination, technical support, and relationship management to keep installations on track and customers informed.

You’ll work withSales team after deals close, coordinate suppliers, engineers, and deliveries, and produce installation drawings. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, project support, technical support, or similar role.
• Ability to create basic technical drawings using AutoCAD Light.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installations and mobilisation projects across the UK.
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and installation suitability.
• Produce installation drawings using AutoCAD Light.
• Manage multiple installations and timelines simultaneously.
• Work with customers, suppliers, engineers, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Monitor equipment orders from purchase to delivery and installation.
• Provide technical and pricing support to the Sales team.
• Maintain project documentation, certificates, and sign-offs.
