Babcock is offering a two-year Sustainability Graduate Programme in Rosyth, with six-month rotations across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR/People, Strategy and ESG.

You will support carbon reduction, energy efficiency, data collection and reporting, and help embed sustainability into everyday decisions.

The programme leads to a permanent role within Sustainability, with mentoring, professional accreditation support and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Degree 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Interest in sustainability and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of sustainability initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and report sustainability data.
• Embed sustainability into daily decision making across teams.
