Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Global Social Media Community Manager to join the Editorial, PR & Partnerships team.

You will build, manage and engage with DM’s global social media communities, ensuring authentic, on-brand conversations across platforms. You’ll collaborate with Social Media, Editorial, Brand, PR and Customer teams to strengthen brand connection, loyalty and advocacy while aligning storytelling with cultural relevance and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing global social media communities for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone and cultural relevance.
• Excellent written communication and editorial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global community strategy across channels and evolve the approach.
• Oversee community engagement and brand voice with authentic, on-brand interactions.
• Manage risk, governance and escalations with clear guidelines and processes.
• Drive insights by monitoring sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community operations and mentoring.
