Job summary

Enva Group in Grantham is seeking a Fork Lift Driver on a 4 on 4 off shift (6am-6pm). Based in Grantham, you will operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load and unload materials including TVs, fridges and other e-waste for recycling or disposal, following safety and environmental regulations.

The role requires experience in recycling or waste management, a valid forklift licence, and strong teamwork. You will help maintain a clean, safe work area and support production targets in a busy

Qualifications

• Fork Lift Licence is required.
• Experience in a recycling or waste management environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counter balance forklift to lift and transport materials to designated areas.
• Load and unload materials such as televisions, computers, mobile phones and fridges to ensure correct recycling streams.
• Monitor and control the flow of materials in the factory.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations and inspect/maintain forklift as required.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment, free of hazards.
