The Role:
This is a new, pioneering position within our European organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that venue and estate services comply with environmental legal requirements, best practices, and ASM's Sustainability policy.
Your role involves ensuring ASM Global's full compliance with legislative standards and optimizing engineering services infrastructure to operate effectively, efficiently, and with minimal environmental impact. You will collaborate closely with the Estate Hub, Capital Delivery, and venue operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our Environmental Management System.
- Hold all departments, third parties, and contractors accountable for their environmental impact.
- Target projects to maximize impact of capital expenditure, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
- Develop and maintain group standards and drive the sustainability agenda.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing, interpreting, and implementing environmental legislation.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and pollution prevention.
- Full member of IEMA or equivalent (desirable).
- NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and grammar skills.
- Strong people management experience.
