Job summary

THG is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst in Manchester to support ESG reporting, including Scope 1-3 emissions calculations and SECR disclosures. You will lead cross-functional projects and embed THG’s sustainability strategy across the Group.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive improvements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESG requirements. Excellent Excel skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct data analysis to support report production focusing on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and ESG disclosures.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support embedding of sustainability strategy to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across THG to embed sustainability across the Group.
• Continuously review ESG performance to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting requirements (ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS).
• 1+ years of experience in sustainability field.
• Experience in GHG analysis and reporting across scopes 1, 2, and 3.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent project and time management under ambiguity; sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage/analyse complex data sets for reports.
• Knowledge of THG brands and complex business structure preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and identify improvements.

• Conducting data analysis to support report production with a focus on: Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculations, and to support the production of SECR disclosures, TCFD and other ESG disclosures and assessments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support embedding of the Group's sustainability strategy to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues across THG to embed sustainability across the Group.
• Continuously review and analyse our sustainability/ESG performance to identify gaps and drive improvements across the organisation.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements, including ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS etc
  1+ years of work experience from working in the field of sustainability
• Experience in GHG analysis and reporting across scopes 1, 2 and 3
• Excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability and confidence to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent project and time management skills and can operate in an environment of high ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage and analyse complex data sets to produce reports
• Good knowledge of THG's own brand products and complex business structure - preferrable
• Experience using a variety of AI tools to increase efficiency and identify process improvements - preferrable.
