Job summary

THG is recruiting a data-driven Sustainability Co-ordinator to support delivery of the Group’s sustainability strategy. You will drive down carbon emissions and embed sustainability into decision-making, owning GHG data calculations and SECR/TCFD reporting.

The role reports to the Head of Sustainability, requiring 1+ years in sustainability, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across THG’s global teams. Remote options are not stated.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in sustainability.
• Experience in GHG analysis and reporting across scopes 1, 2 and 3.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent project and time management in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of THG brands and complex business structure preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support reporting on Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions.
• Lead cross-functional projects embedding sustainability across THG.
• Collaborate with teams to meet regulatory ESG disclosures.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance, identifying gaps and improvements.

About the Role and THG

We are recruiting for a data-driven Sustainability Co-ordinator to support delivery of the Group’s sustainability strategy, driving down carbon emissions to support net zero goals and embedding sustainability into decision making across the Group. The role will have responsibility for calculating GHG data, identifying opportunities for reduction and supporting with verification and reporting of THG’s carbon footprint. In addition, they will take ownership for delivering key projects to support embedding of THG’s sustainability and regulatory commitments. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting data analysis to support report production with a focus on: Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculations, and to support the production of SECR disclosures, TCFD and other ESG disclosures and assessments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support embedding of the Group’s sustainability strategy to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues across THG to embed sustainability across the Group.
• Continuously review and analyse our sustainability/ESG performance to identify gaps and drive improvements across the organisation.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements, including ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS etc

Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience from working in the field of sustainability
• Experience in GHG analysis and reportingacross scopes 1, 2 and 3
• Excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability and confidence to work with and influence stakeholdersat all levels
• Excellent project and time management skills and can operate in an environment of high ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage and analyse complex data sets to produce reports
• Good knowledge of THG’s own brand products and complex business structure – preferrable
• Experience using a variety of AI tools to increase efficiency and identify process improvements – preferrable.
