Job summary

THG is recruiting a data-driven Sustainability Co-ordinator to support its group-wide sustainability strategy. The role focuses on calculating GHG data, identifying reduction opportunities, and supporting verification and reporting of THG's carbon footprint.

You will own projects to embed THG's sustainability commitments and report to the Head of Sustainability. Responsibilities include data analysis for Scope 1-3 emissions, SECR disclosures, and cross-functional project leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sustainability data work or related field.
• Strong experience with greenhouse gas data across scopes 1, 2 and 3.
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for GHG emissions reporting and SECR/TCFD disclosures.
• Lead cross-functional projects and embed sustainability strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to improve ESG performance across THG.
• Monitor regulatory changes (ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS) and report findings.
• Own key sustainability projects and report to Head of Sustainability.

About the Role and THG

We are recruiting for a data-driven Sustainability Co-ordinator to support delivery of the Group's sustainability strategy, driving down carbon emissions to support net zero goals and embedding sustainability into decision making across the Group. The role will have responsibility for calculating GHG data, identifying opportunities for reduction and supporting with verification and reporting of THG's carbon footprint. In addition, they will take ownership for delivering key projects to support embedding of THG's sustainability and regulatory commitments. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conducting data analysis to support report production with a focus on: Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculations, and to support the production of SECR disclosures, TCFD and other ESG disclosures and assessments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support embedding of the Group's sustainability strategy to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues across THG to embed sustainability across the Group.
• Continuously review and analyse our sustainability/ESG performance to identify gaps and drive improvements across the organisation.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements, including ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS etc

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience from working in the field of sustainability
• Experience in GHG analysis and reporting across scopes 1, 2 and 3
• Excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability and confidence to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent project and time management skills and can operate in an environment of high ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage and analyse complex data sets to produce reports
• Good knowledge of THG's own brand products and complex business structure - preferrable
• Experience using a variety of AI tools to increase efficiency and identify process improvements - preferrable.
