Job summary

Once For All is seeking an operational expert to lead the sustainability scheme product and related schemes, refining processes and ensuring compliance across the supply chain in the UK. You will train internal teams, deliver CPD, and represent the company at industry events, promoting awareness and best practices in sustainability, governance, and risk management.

You will collaborate with main contractors and internal teams to drive improvement and ensure alignment with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing compliance or assurance frameworks.
• Auditor qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Understanding of sustainability regulations and procurement processes.
• Ability to train and mentor internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of operational processes for sustainability schemes.
• Deliver training and CPD to internal teams.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to promote sustainability.
• Support main contractors and external stakeholders to improve compliance across the supply chain.
• Test new features and assist implementation of new schemes.
• Drive awareness and best practice across the supply chain.
