Job summary

Once For All Limited is seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Lead to drive operational processes for our schemes and support contractors, teams, and external stakeholders. You will deliver CPD and training across the business, promote best practice, and help strengthen our market leadership in governance and supply chain compliance.

You will represent the company at UK events, develop guidance materials, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while enabling continuous improvement

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of sustainability management and related regulations.
• Proven experience in developing compliance or assurance frameworks.
• Auditor qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience (IRCA preferred).
• Knowledge of procurement, compliance and risk management.
• Understanding of PQQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in development, implementation and review of operational processes for sustainability schemes.
• Lead continual development of processes supporting the schemes.
• Create guidance materials, tools and resources for applicants and assessors.
• Design and deliver seminars and webinars to promote understanding of sustainability requirements.
• Provide expert advice to main contractors and stakeholders to improve compliance.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to promote sustainability and risk management.
• Test new features and assist with new scheme implementations.
