Job summary

Once For All is seeking an operational subject matter expert for the sustainability scheme product to refine processes underpinning service delivery across the supply chain. The role will actively support main contractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders in understanding and meeting the requirements of the schemes, driving adoption and best practice.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of sustainability management and related regulations.
• Experience developing compliance or assurance frameworks and guidance materials.
• Auditor qualification with minimum 3 years' experience (IRCA recognised).
• Level 3 qualification in sustainability/environmental management with demonstrable experience.
• Broad knowledge of procurement, compliance and risk management.
• Knowledge of PQQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continually review operational processes aligning with statutory requirements and scheme criteria.
• Lead development and refinement of operational processes supporting schemes.
• Create guidance materials, tools and resources for applicants and assessors.
• Design and deliver seminars, webinars and awareness sessions.
• Provide expert advice to main contractors and stakeholders to improve understanding and adoption of requirements.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to promote sustainability and compliance.
• Test new features and implement new schemes related to operations.
