Job summary

Once For All is seeking a Building Safety Act subject matter expert to develop and refine operational processes under the BSA Centre of Excellence. You will support contractors, internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering training and CPD to enhance knowledge and confidence in applying BSA principles.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations and related legislation.
• Auditor qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience (Lead Auditor is an advantage).
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety and risk management.
• Knowledge of current built environment legislation, management and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and review of BSA Operational Processes ensuring statutory alignment.
• Serve as scheme operational contact for assessment teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and refine operational processes to support the BSA Centre of Excellence.
• Create practical guidance, tools and resources for applicants and assessors.
• Design and deliver seminars, webinars, and awareness sessions on Building Safety responsibilities.
• Advise main contractors and external stakeholders to improve BSA compliance across the supply chain.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to promote Building Safety.
• Test new features or new schemes related to operational processes.
