Come and work for a rewarding organisation, joining our talented Environment and Waste team, which is working to improve sustainability within Gloucestershire by addressing our climate emergency. You will support the team by delivering targeted carbon emissions reduction initiatives across various topics. This includes developing engagement programs at strategic and tactical levels, supporting GCC, businesses, and individuals with decarbonisation plans and waste reduction activities.
To succeed, you will be passionate and knowledgeable about the climate crisis. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at different stages of their carbon journey. You will be able to conceive, develop, and lead campaigns and programs of change, taking ownership of their outputs and outcomes.
