Job summary

Booker is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support reporting, data activities and regulatory compliance across the business. You will work with the Sustainability Manager to respond to UK/EU requirements, covering carbon, waste, packaging and EPR/EUDR, turning complex data into practical guidance for teams.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, help improve data quality and reporting processes, and contribute to customer sustainability reporting and corporate target tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory and technical information clearly.
• Willingness to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn data into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability reporting and data activities across the business.
• Keep up to date with UK and EU sustainability legislation and assist implementation.
• Collect, analyse and report sustainability data across carbon, packaging, EPR, EUDR and food waste.
• Support customer sustainability reporting and tracking of corporate targets.
• Develop engagement materials like presentations, guidance documents and webinars.
• Assist continuous improvement of data flows, controls and reporting processes.
