Stop Domestic Abuse in East Hampshire is seeking a Survivor Voice and Activities Co-ordinator. You will lead survivor engagement, run activities and personal independence initiatives for women and children in refuges across Hampshire.

You will deliver trauma-informed play and engagement, coordinate consultations, and support housing and on-call duties as part of a multi-site team. The role focuses on empowerment, healing, and community inclusion.

Qualificações

• Experience engaging with survivors in social care or refuge settings.
• Ability to facilitate group activities and one-to-one support.
• Strengths in listening, empathy, and safeguarding principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on engaging survivors to reflect their views in service planning.
• Coordinate service user consultations through events, surveys, focus groups and interviews.
• Collaborate with women to identify their needs and those of their children/young people.
• Provide a safe, non-judgemental space to help processing experiences and healing.
• Support parents in identifying strengths and areas for improvement, co-producing plans.
• Develop and review a programme of activities promoting healing and positive play.
• Assist with day-to-day refuge housing tasks and support residents and their children.
• Participate in the on-call out of hours rota.
