Stop Domestic Abuse is seeking a Survivor Voice and Activities Co-ordinator to gather and elevate survivor voices, ensuring they shape service planning and delivery, and to deliver play, activities and independence initiatives to women and children in refuges and safe accommodation across Hampshire.

The role involves travel to multiple sites and requires an enhanced DBS check. Applicants should be aware that female applicants only are considered under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

• Gather and elevate survivor voices to ensure they are reflected in service planning and delivery.
• Lead on service user consultation initiatives with survivors in the community and accommodation-based services (events, surveys, focus groups, interviews).
• Offer women, children and young people opportunities to engage in activities during the day and after school, on or off site.
• Develop, implement and review a programme of activities to promote healing and positive play.
• Support day-to-day running of refuge accommodation, including housing management tasks and supporting residents.
