Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an ambitious Surveyor to join our team at Scotch Corner, Richmond. You will deliver land and property advice for utility and infrastructure projects, leading tasks to a high standard and taking ownership to meet client deadlines.

MRICS or AssocRICS is preferred; a full UK driving licence is essential. You will mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and contribute to CPD and group initiatives, in a supportive, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading a team or projects.
• Natural problem solver with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
• Lead a range of tasks and schemes to a high standard and meet deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with client personnel, contractors and landowners.
• Support the development of junior staff and provide feedback.
• Engage in CPD and participate in company groups and events.
