Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our land, environmental and geospatial teams, delivering utility and infrastructure projects across the UK. Based in Cirencester, you will provide land and property advice, manage schemes and ensure deadlines are met.

You will lead teams, develop junior staff, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors and landowners. MRICS/AssocRICS and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience leading a team or projects.
Great team player with can-do attitude.
Natural problem solver.
Enjoy delivering results with a team.

Responsibilities

Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.
Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes to a high standard.
Use initiative to meet client deadlines and objectives; maintain quality of work.
Develop strong working relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
Support development of junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
Share experience to develop people in the wider organisation.
