Job summary

Moat is seeking a Surveyor to deliver surveying, maintenance and planned works across customers’ homes in Kent. The role includes property maintenance, major works, responsive repairs, refurbishment, fire safety, voids and estate improvements, with technical support to internal teams and customers.

You will inspect major works, repairs and cyclical contracts, liaising with customers and contractors. A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of building pathology and construction techniques.
• Experience inspecting major works, repairs and cyclical contracts.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveying, maintenance and planned works across customers’ homes.
• Diagnose defects and provide technical support to Moat and customers.
