Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is assisting a well-established surveying business to recruit an Assistant Survey Manager in Blackburn, Lancashire. The role blends office-based quality checking with periodic site support, offering a clear step toward a Survey Manager position.

You will review survey outputs before client delivery, mentor junior staff and improve AutoCAD, N4ce and Reg360 workflows. 8:00–4:30, NW/Yorkshire sites.

Qualifications

• Background in land/topographical surveying and confidence in checking deliverables.
• Experience with processing software such as AutoCAD, N4ce and Reg360.
• Positive, adaptable approach and ability to coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Quality checking survey works and outputs before issue to the client.
• Reviewing processing / deliverables using AutoCAD, N4ce and Reg360.
• Training and supporting junior surveyors, with some site supervision.
• Covering sites across the North West and Yorkshire (hour radius).
• Office-based, hours 8:00 - 4:30.
