Job summary

J Browne Construction is seeking a Survey Project Coordinator/Planner to support the Clean Rivers & Seas team in Falmer. You will plan, coordinate and deliver survey projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with client expectations across multiple live projects.

As part of the role, you will schedule Heavy Jet and CCTV survey crews, coordinate with local authorities and supply chain partners, maintain project databases and reports, and provide administrative support to keep teams

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field-based teams, projects or resources.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads and schedules for survey crews (Heavy Jet and CCTV).
• Monitor project progress, manage records and reporting across multiple live projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities and supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide administrative and operational support, ensuring teams have equipment and information they need.
