Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd seeks an experienced Survey & Discovery Supervisor to lead field survey teams in Falmer. You will supervise crews, ensure safe and compliant work, and coordinate resources for major water infrastructure projects.

You will oversee property surveys, dye testing, and chamber surveys, maintaining accurate records and timely data submission. You will support field team development, interpret drawings and GIS data, and ensure adherence to NRSWA and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising survey, site investigation, or operational crews.
• Knowledge of drainage and sewer networks; connectivity investigations.
• Experience with property surveys, dye testing, and chamber surveys.
• Understanding of NRSWA, traffic management, and highway safety.
• Leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GIS mapping, and project data.
• Valid UK Driving Licence, CSCS/ECS Card, NRSWA Supervisor qualification, and EUSR Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise survey crews daily, ensure safe, efficient delivery to high quality standards.
• Coordinate resources, monitor productivity, support programme delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to survey operatives and field teams.
• Oversee property surveys, dye testing, chamber surveys and data submission.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, maintain project records.
