Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd in Falmer (East Sussex) is seeking a Survey Project Coordinator / Planner to support the planning, coordination and delivery of survey projects for water infrastructure programmes. You will schedule Heavy Jet and CCTV crews, coordinate with local authorities and supply chain partners, and maintain project databases.

Working with operations, field teams and management, you will generate management information reports and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience within civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment.
• Previous experience coordinating field-based teams, projects, schedules, or resources.
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage data, documentation, and reporting accurately.
• Experience liaising with stakeholders, customers, or operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Heavy Jet and CCTV survey crews and coordinate activities with local authorities and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate workloads and monitor project progress across multiple live projects.
• Maintain project databases and documentation; produce management information reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure teams have equipment and resources.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
