Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Survey Performance Lead to drive operational performance governance across our survey operations. You will own procedures, competency governance, and management of change, ensuring safe, repeatable delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead performance reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement, coordinating with Survey Operations, Technical Authority, Crewing, Training, and vessel teams to optimise delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in offshore or remote survey operations.
• Experience governing procedures, competency frameworks and QA.
• Ability to use performance data and audit outcomes to drive improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to HSSE, quality, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assess project performance against procedures and controls to ensure compliance.
• Define and maintain the Survey KPI framework and improvements.
• Coordinate assurance activities, audits, and quality performance.
• Govern lessons learned and embed improvements into controlled changes.
• Act as governance interface between Survey Ops and support functions.
• Promote discipline, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
