The Survey Technical Lead will spearhead a team of survey technicians, guiding installation, integration and testing of survey systems across vessels and remote environments, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of sensors, acquisition systems and networking, plus a track record of delivering mobilisation and handover with rigorous documentation

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience with offshore survey equipment and readiness.
• Proven ability to lead mobilisation teams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sensors, acquisition systems, timing, networking and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, installation sequencing, and readiness verification.
• Provide technical direction to survey technicians and offshore teams.
• Maintain records, calibration certificates, and handover packs.
• Identify risks and drive standardisation across projects and locations.
• Support technical bid reviews and ensure compliant handover.
