Job summary

Clinical Selection Limited is seeking a field-based Medical Devices Sales Specialist for NHS and Private settings in the East Midlands and across the UK. After full product and sales training, you will advise consultants and theatre managers, maintain accounts, and drive product use in the operating theatre.

You will prospect, build relationships, present to medical staff, and support Theatre teams in adopting our General, Plastic and Reconstructive product lines, with uncapped commission and 25

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with a scientific focus.
• Experience in Medical Devices or healthcare sales.
• Excellent presentation skills for face-to-face and virtual settings.
• Strong communication and accountability.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM experience desirable.
• Ability to travel within the UK and hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and promote General, Plastic and Reconstructive product lines.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide product support in the operating theatre.
• Deliver professional sales coverage and manage customer records.
• Generate leads and pursue sales targets; lead clinical evaluations.
• Present to customers and educate healthcare teams on product use.
• Represent the business at trade shows and conferences; prepare reports.
• Maintain CRM records to support sequential selling.
