Job summary

JustOT is recruiting an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join a busy NHS surgical and orthopaedic team in South East London. This locum post offers a senior clinical role within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess and treat surgical and orthopaedic patients, manage a complex caseload, support discharge planning, and supervise junior staff while contributing to service development and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• NHS Band 7 experience in surgical and orthopaedic services.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Experience supervising junior staff.
• Excellent communication and MDT working skills.
• HCPC registration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive OT with strong NHS experience in surgical and orthopaedic settings, looking to take on a senior clinical role within a multidisciplinary team.
