JustOT is seeking an experienced Band 7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join a South London therapy team on a locum basis. You will manage complex caseloads, provide clinical leadership in a multidisciplinary huddle and supervise junior staff, guiding service development and delivery.

HCPC registration and NHS Band 7 experience are essential, with strong background in surgery and orthopaedics. The role supports ongoing service improvements and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Band 7 NHS experience required.
• Experience in surgery and orthopaedics.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision of junior staff.
• HCPC registration with NHS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership within a therapy huddle alongside OTs, PTs and Therapy Assistants.
• Provide supervision, competency support and appraisals for junior staff.
• Contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of therapy services.
• Take responsibility for designated projects and support ongoing service development.

Requirements:

• Band 7 NHS experience is essential.
• Strong experience within surgery and orthopaedics is essential.
• Previous team leadership and supervision experience.
• HCPC registration and relevant NHS experience.
