Job summary

JustOT is recruiting an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a busy Acute Medicine team in South London on a locum basis. The role offers ongoing support from a dedicated consultant and competitive pay rates.

Responsibilities include carrying out functional, cognitive, and environmental assessments, planning patient-centred interventions, and coordinating discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, nurses, social workers and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Strong assessment, communication, and discharge planning skills.
• Recent acute hospital experience within Acute Medicine or Acute Inpatient settings.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the multidisciplinary team.
