Job summary

The Princess Grace Hospital in London is seeking a Materials Loan Kit Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This full-time role manages the end-to-end loan kit process for theatre procedures, ensuring kits are available for upcoming operations and coordinating with theatres, Sterile Services, Purchasing and suppliers.

You will handle bookings, receipt, reconciliation and return, plus inventory checks and supplier relationships, in a fast-paced theatre environment, contributing to patient

Qualifications

• Experience working within a theatre or surgical hospital environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end management of loan kits for procedures.
• Review theatre bookings daily and liaise with clinical teams and suppliers.
• Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming loan kits; investigate discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions and documentation for suppliers.
• Support consignment stock, high-value inventory checks and reporting.
