Job summary

NCIC is seeking a Team Secretary to support the Surgical Care Collaborative at Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. You will manage patient pathways, monitor email inboxes and assist Medical Secretaries with admin duties, drawing on medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with NCIC systems and RTT pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical terminology and healthcare admin processes.
• Familiarity with NCIC admin systems and RTT pathways.
• Ability to handle multiple admin tasks and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient pathways in accordance with Referral to Treatment policy.
• Monitoring email boxes.
• Supporting Medical Secretaries with administrative duties related to the specialty.
