CVS Vets' Knox & Devlin Veterinary Centre in Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias to join our supportive, practice-based team. Located in the beautiful town of Whaley Bridge on the edge of the Peak District, with direct rail links to Manchester just a short walk away, the practice has stunning countryside surroundings with excellent commuter access.
Serving a loyal client base in an affluent area, the practice is always looking for ways to enhance their services to reflect their growth and investment in the future. Supported by a collaborative team of 5 vets, 5 nurses, and a PCA, including a vet currently undertaking a certificate in dermatology, the practice fosters a genuinely supportive culture where wellbeing, development, and teamwork are highly valued.
As an RCVS-accredited General Practice, we are committed to delivering high standards of patient care while actively supporting CPD and certificate study. Our facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental radiography, diathermy equipment, and separate dog and cat wards, with plans to further expand clinical capabilities as the practice continues to grow.
