Job summary

Westcoast Cloud in Reading is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to grow our reseller network across the UK and Ireland. You will qualify opportunities, manage relationships with partners, and help accelerate Microsoft and Cloud offerings.

This hybrid role involves visiting customer sites, delivering product presentations, running training sessions, and supporting Surestep ambassadors. You will travel across the UK and Ireland and work with the team to win new business in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• A track record in sales, with experience selling in the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Passionate about software and delivering excellence.
• An excellent communicator and relationship builder, including excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt your approach to support both skilled and unskilled users.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious – driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Partner opportunities and build relationships with our Partners.
• Manage a team responsible for our Microsoft Surestep offerings.
• Maintain a high degree of customer services for all Partners and your team keeping on top of queries and adhere to all service management principles
• Take ownership of Partner challenges and be proactive when dealing with Partners
• Signpost effectively and efficiently within the cloud team and to other parts of the business.
• Assist in creating business plans
• Visiting customer sites for meetings/presentations to promote Microsoft offerings
• Monitor progress against customer SLA’s to ensure customer service levels are achieved
• Record activities on CRM
• Maintain & develop technical skills/Certifications as required
