Job summary

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is seeking a Supporter Stewardship Officer to be the first point of contact for supporters, delivering exceptional service and detailed, accurate records. You will work with fundraising teams to maximise engagement and income, while ensuring compliance and a compassionate, responsive supporter journey.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service or supporter care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent supporter experience across phone and email.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing supporters.
• Encourage repeat support by promoting fundraising activities and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and information to supporters, resolving enquiries effectively.
• Signpost supporters to relevant teams within the MND Association.
• Support stewardship journeys for supporters raising up to £500.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a joined-up supporter experience.
• Accurately record supporter information and interactions on the CRM database.
• Support income processing during busy periods, including major appeals.
