Job summary

The MND Association is seeking a Supporter Stewardship Officer to be the first point of contact for supporters, delivering outstanding service across phone and email. You will build lasting relationships, guide supporters through fundraising opportunities and ensure data is accurately recorded on our CRM.

You will work with fundraising teams to maximise engagement, support income processing during busy periods and uphold data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service or supporter care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent supporter experience across phone and email.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters.
• Encourage repeat support by promoting fundraising activities.
• Accurately record supporter information and interactions on the CRM.
• Support income processing during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and internal policies.
• Signpost supporters to relevant teams within the MND Association.
