Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, efficient, proactive, professional service to supporters and potential supporters.
• Be the first point of contact for supporters; manage multiple inboxes for teams.
• Process and thank offline income received at the UK office via various methods.
• Maintain good knowledge of fundraising activity, current campaigns, and Parkinson's impact.
• Contribute to development and improvement of systems and procedures.
