Job summary

Art Fund is seeking a Supporter Experience & Data Processing Coordinator in London. This permanent, full-time position sits within the Supporter Services Team, handling inbound and outbound communications with members and supporters, and coordinating data processing with trusted suppliers.

You will train and brief campaigns, drive system and process improvements, and liaise across departments, fulfilment houses and our call centre to ensure accurate data and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with experience using database systems.
• Ability to record data accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-department liaison skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Front-line liaison with third-party suppliers to deliver communications and processes.
• Coordinate training, brief campaigns, and drive process improvements.
• Champion continuous system and process improvements for first-class customer care.
