Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a Senior Supporter Experience Executive to enhance how supporters experience our charity and to build lasting relationships. You’ll design, refine and deliver personalised journeys, working across fundraising, campaigns and CRM to create meaningful engagement.

You will help translate insights into thoughtful communications that resonate with supporters, ensuring privacy and data responsibility throughout the journey design process.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, supporter stewardship, or audience experience.
• Experience thinking about how supporters are engaged and developed over time.
• Strong relationship-building skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver supporter journeys across audiences and channels, making experiences feel relevant, joined-up and personal.
• Collaborate with fundraising and marketing to understand supporter needs at different relationship stages.
• Coordinate journeys across campaigns to ensure a consistent experience.
• Use feedback and data to identify improvements to journeys.
• Turn journey ideas into personalised communications for the right audiences at the right time.
• Support colleagues with advice and practical tools to put supporter needs first.
• Develop journey maps and templates to streamline creation of great experiences.
• Ensure privacy and responsible use of data in journey design and delivery.
