Job summary

North West Air Ambulance Charity is seeking a Supporter Experience Specialist to join our hybrid team across Knowsley & Barton. You’ll handle supporter inquiries, process donations, and maintain accurate records, delivering a warm, professional experience at every touchpoint.

The role offers 35 hours per week, permanent contract, and a collaborative environment focused on improving supporter journeys and engagement with our lifesaving work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy customer/support environment.
• Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with supporters.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with database or CRM administration and accuracy.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to issues.
• Team player who takes initiative and collaborates well.

Responsibilities

• Handle supporter enquiries across phone, email, post and online channels.
