Job summary

Maggie’s is hiring two Supporter Care Assistants for Glasgow or Hammersmith. The role involves handling donor and fundraiser communications and recording income via our CRM, with travel to the UK as needed.

Salary ranges £27,728–£30,162 per year, with London Weighting applying if based in Hammersmith. You will manage supporter enquiries, signpost to Maggie’s services, and work closely with fundraising and finance teams to ensure accurate donations processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Educated to Higher/A Level or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year in supporter care or customer service.
• Experience with data input and database use.
• Experience meeting targets and KPIs within tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of GDPR and mailing preferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent supporter care via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Manage enquiries from supporters, cancer patients, families and volunteers.
• Maintain professional relationships and add value to the supporter experience.
• Record and verify donations accurately on the CRM and ensure correct attribution.
• Acknowledge donations and process gift aid where appropriate with audit trails.
• Coordinate with Finance for accurate records and best practices.
