Zusammenfassung

Maggie’s Centres is seeking a dedicated Supporter Care Assistant to join our Donor Support Services. Based in Glasgow or our Hammersmith office, you will handle donor inquiries by phone and email, record donations accurately, and coordinate with Finance to ensure financial integrity.

Regular travel to UK locations may be required. You will work closely with fundraising and finance teams to signpost supporters to Maggie’s and the cancer support we provide, helping to build loyalty and deliver

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience in supporter care or customer service.
• Experience with data input and databases.
• Experience delivering against targets and KPIs under tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Understanding of GDPR and recording mailing preferences.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship journeys to donors, fundraisers and event participants via calls and emails.
• Respond to enquiries from supporters, people with cancer and their networks and volunteers.
• Maintain professional, helpful interactions to sustain relationships and add value to the supporter experience.
• Ensure accurate banking and recording of all donations; process income from online platforms and attribute to donors.
• Acknowledge donations by email/letter/phone; apply Gift Aid where appropriate and provide clear financial audit trails.
• Coordinate with Finance to maintain accurate financial records and best practices.
