Job summary

Morgan Law in Central London is seeking a Senior Supporter Care Officer to ensure supporters have a positive, memorable experience when contacting the organisation, delivering high-quality, compliant and efficient supporter care operations.

You will act as a senior operational lead within Supporter Care, supervising and developing Officers and suppliers, and leading projects to improve processes that boost supporter experience, satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compliant and efficient supporter care operations when supporters contact the charity.

Work for a charity in Central London as a Senior Supporter Care Officer.

Permanent - £33,622 to £36,863 - Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH).

Role Purpose

To ensure supporters receive a positive and memorable experience when contacting the organisation by delivering high-quality, compliant and efficient supporter care operations. The post-holder will act as a senior operational lead within the Supporter Care function, embedding best practice in customer service, supervising and developing Supporter Care Officers and suppliers, and leading projects and process improvements that enhance supporter experience, satisfaction and retention. Working closely with the Supporter Care Manager and colleagues across Fundraising and the wider organisation, the Supporter Care Senior Officer will provide subject matter expertise in supporter care operations, complaints resolution and compliance.
